- Sinulla
tulee olla riittävä veneen käsittely- ja
navigointitaito.
- Henkilöllisyys
todistettava luovutuksen yhteydessä. Vähintään 18v ikä
- Buster-veneen
käsittelyyn ei tarvita kokemusta, mutta
tavallista karttaa on osattava lukea. Merenkulun merkeistä ja
säännöistä saat tarvittaessa pikaopastuksen ja lyhyet ohjeet mukaan luettavaksi.
- Sinä
olet vastuussa veneestä vuokra-aikana
- Vene
on vakuutettu palo-,
venevahinko- (kasko) ja varkaustapausten ja muille aiheutettujen
vahinkojen varalle (vastuuvakuutus). Omavastuusi vakuutuksen maksamissa vahinkotapauksissa on
takuumaksun suuruinen.
- Päihtyneenä
ei saa kuljettaa venettä eikä osallistua sen käsittelyyn.
- Vene luovutetaan ja
palautetaan siivottuna, polttoaine- ja vesitankit täysinä ja WC
tyhjennettynä.
- Veneen
luovutuksen ja vastaanoton yhteydessä tarkastetaan veneen kunto yhdessä
vuokralleantajan ja vuokraajan kanssa.
- Palautus
onnistuu myös nopeasti ilman vastaanottotarkastusta. Takuumaksu palautetaan
pankkitilille myöhemmin tehtävän tarkastuksen jälkeen.
- Veneen
sisätiloissa ei tupakointia eikä lemmikkejä ellei erikseen sovita.
Maksuaikataulu ja peruutusehdot viikkovuokrauksissa
- Varauksen
tehtyäsi allekirjoitat
vuokrasopimuksen ja maksat varausmaksuna 40% vuokrahinnasta. Loput 60%
4 viikkoa
ennen vuokrakauden alkua.
- Peruutuksista
yli 75vrk ennen vuokrakauden
alkua varausmaksu palautetaan toimistokuluilla vähennettyinä. Sen
jälkeen menee suuremmat kulut. Suositellaan matkavakuutusta
peruutusturvalla.
- Ennen
veneen luovutusta maksat hinnaston
mukaisen takuumaksun, joka palautetaan täysimääräisenä mikäli vene on
palautettu hyvässä kunnossa.
Maksuaikataulu ja peruutusehdot Buster päivähintaisessa vuokrauksessa- Buster-veneen päivähintaisissa vuokrauksissa
varaus vahvistetaan 40€ varausmaksulla (tilisiirto). Loppuhinta takuumaksuineen maksetaan ennen
vuokrausta tilille tai käteisellä veneen luovutuksen yhteydessä.
- Peruutukset aiemmin kuin 7vrk ennen vuokrauksen alkua: peruutuskulu on 20€, eli palautetaan 20€.
- Peruutukset
alle 7vrk ennen vuokrauksen alkua: peruutuskulu on 40€, eli
varausmaksua ei palauteta, paitsi force majeure tapauksissa
(vaarallinen sää
yms.) koko 40€ varausmaksu palautetaan asiakkaalle.
| Common conditions for "bareboat" rental
- You must have adequate skills for handling the
boat to be rented as
well as good navigation skills.
- Proof
of identity is checked during delivery (passport). Age at least 18
years.
- Buster
boat does not need former skills
in boat handling, but basic map reading skills are needed. A
short
briefing is given in navigation, if required.
- You
have the responsibility of the boat during the rental period
- The
boat is insured against running aground, fire, theft and
liability for third party. Your own liability in accident cases paid from the insurance is the same
as the paid deposit fee.
- Drinking and driving is
prohibited, even for the co-skipper.
- The boat is
delivered and returned as cleaned and fuel and water tanks filled and
toilet emptied.
- Condition of the boat is checked
together when delivered and returned.
- Quick
return without return check-up is possible. Then the deposit is
returned to your bank account after return check-up made later.
- Smoking in
the boat interior is not allowed and pets are not allowed unless
otherwise agreed.
Pay schedule and terms of cancellation in weekly rentals- To confirm your
booking, you sign the rental contract and pay 40% of the rent as a
booking fee. The rest 60% to be paid latest 4 weeks before the rental
period starts.
- On
cancellations latest 75 days before the rental period starts, the whole
booking fee is returned (less office costs stated in the contract).
Later cancellations cost more. Travel insurance is recommended for
possible late cancellations.
- Before
boat delivery, you pay a deposit fee according to the pricelist. It
will be fully returned, if the boat is returned in good condition.
Pay schedule and terms of cancellation in Buster day-priced rentals- On Buster boat day-priced rent, the booking is
confirmed by 40€ downpayment (bank transfer). The remaining rental fee and deposit fee is paid
before renting by bank transfer or in cash during boat delivery.
- Cancellations earlier than 7days before delivery time: cancellation fee is 20€, i.e. 20€ is returned.
- Cancellations later than 7 days before delivery: cancellation fee is 40€, i.e. booking fee is not returned, except in force
majeure cases (dangerous weather etc.) the whole 40€ booking fee is returned.
